Holly has been a staff psychiatrist at Duke University's student counseling center since 1996, and she is a Clinical Associate in the Department of Psychiatry at Duke University Medical Center.
Her professional interests include the treatment of mood and anxiety disorders in the context of young adult development. She has a special interest in using mindfulness and meditation to facilitate health and personal growth in young adults. She is the co-developer of Koru Mindfulness and a co-founder of the Center for Koru Mindfulness.
